Vision Therapist Appreciation Week October 7-11

Every year the Optometric Vision Development and Rehabilitation Association dedicates a week in October to celebrating Vision Therapists from all over the world. We value and appreciate all of their hard work so much!

So, this week we will be showing our appreciation with surprises and special treats at the office for our therapists. I encourage you to tell your therapist how much her hard work has helped you. Their dedication to Vision Therapy and our patients not only allows our office to run smoothly, but also is changing lives and our communities.

To the KVDC Vision Therapy team- I thank you so much for all of your effort, passion, support, and growth mindset. You are always willing to go the extra mile and it shows!

I am just so happy to say that I'm very glad that I did the therapy. The last two weeks I have been driving to Hershey because my grandma had a open heart surgery so her family is taking turns staying with her so I have the opportunity to take my mom in when it's her turn. Emma is doing so well since her vision therapy that we are amazed. From the time she went to therapy she was maybe an average reader then she improved to above average. But on last years PSSAs she was advanced in the language arts section and a lot of that credit can be owed to you! She also no longer complains of headaches from reading.-- Dad of a 2022 Graduate
